The aim of the history of art is to help students gain different perspectives about how art has developed and changed throughout human history, what kind of things it has been affected by and what kind of reactions it has given. It also aims to give them information about important artistic formations and help them understand and interpret the developments and avant-garde formations after post modernization process.
