Learning Outcomes of the Course : encounters the basic concepts and theories of psychology
realizes the scope of"Scientific psychology" , limitations, and psychology fields
becomes aware of the concepts such as Detection processes, cognitive development, learning and so on.
comprehends the issues of cognitive learning,Classical conditioning, operant conditioning and reinforcement
Realizes the saperation of short-term memory, long term memoryand constructive memory.
Recognizes the concepts of theories of affection, anxiety, a sense of frustration and conflict

Aim(s) of Course : The main purpose of this course is to understand field of psychology and its role in social sciences. And teaching the basic concepts of psychology, and its role in social sciences.During the lesson students will learn main topics; research techniques,brain,nervous system,sensation,dreams,classic conditioning,memory and its capacity.

Course Contents : The definition of pschology and the basic concepts of psychology.
