Learning Outcomes of the Course : to enable the students to predict the probable judicial resolution of stimulated legal disputes.
familiarize the students with the basic principles of international law of sea and diplomatic relations.

Aim(s) of Course : This course aims at providing an information on the basic principles of Public International Law and the settlement of disputes in International Law.

Course Contents : International Law II analysis the law of the sea, immunities from national jurisdiction, the peaceful settlement of dispute, diplomatic relations.
