Learning Outcomes of the Course : Knows the basic concepts and subjects on agricultural mechanization in order to obtain background for agricultural machionery training.
Knows the usage and protection possibilities of energy sources originated from fossil and natural formation in agricultural production.
Knows equipment and working principles of power sources used in agricultural production.
Knows the sustainable production models appropriate for mechanization in agricultural enterprises, creates optimum mechanization chain, and performs its management.

Aim(s) of Course : To introduce the equipment and working principles of earth movers used in farming and to teach basic concepts and calculations of agricultural mechanization enterprises.

Course Contents : Description of power sources and working equipment used in agriculture and theoretical and practical information of using, maintenance, reparing and operating of agricultural machinery. (Tractor, tillage machines, sprayers, harvesting and threshing machines, animal production machines, etc.)
