Aim(s) of Course : The aim of this course is to teach the students the concepts of project management, the benefits of project management, project management stages, by applying in a team work.

Course Contents : Program-project relationship, the need for the project, project specifications, project management, project management features, benefits of the project management process, project planning and planning stages (Start, Planning, Implementation, Monitoring and Closure), the importance of planning.
