Aim(s) of Course : Aim of this course is to provide students with theoric informantion about organizational behavior in order to increase motivation and efficiency of team, group and organization.

Course Contents : Defining Organizational behavior and related concepts, Attitudes and Satisfaction, Emotions and Moods, Personality and Values, Perception, Motivation Theories, Motivation Means and Applications, Group Behavior, Teams, Communication, Leadership, Power and Politics, Conflict Management

Language of Instruction : Turkish

Work Place : The Course will be implemented in classroom where is decided by deanship.
