Aim(s) of Course : " Teaching basic gymnastics skills . Teacing basic gymnastic skills by forming groups. Teaching how to use basic gymnastic apparatus."

Course Contents : Some general information about gym hall and gymnastics apparatus which will be used in the class General view of gymnastics, formating ezercise Basic postures in gymnastics, Group exercise in Basic postures and formation exercises, Warming up and stretching, Gymnastic box, gymnastics clubs, Climbing rope and ladder rope, Trampoline, weight ball, skipping, Gymnastics stick
