Learning Outcomes of the Course |

Understands the importance of sport psychology in increasing athletic performance. Learns concepts of fear, anxiety, stress and arousal, and uderstands how much they affect sport performance. Learns the preconditions of psychological preparation, and knows how a coach should approach to and communicate with an athlete. Learns how an athlete should prepare for a competition psychologically. Learns the specific problems facing the athletes, and understands the key points to pay attention while motivating athletes.
