Learning Outcomes of the Course : Distinguishes the historical sub-periods of Turkish Economy.
Analyzes the qualitative and quantitative transformation of Turkish Economy in the history.
Evaluates the integration process of Turkish Economy to world economy by applying the neo-liberal policies of Washington Consensus.
Assesses the growing importance of IMF´s decision-making process on Turkish economy.

Aim(s) of Course : This course aims to teach the basic concepts of economics, to develop the ability to analyze economic issues, to help a candidate sports manager gain the ability of economic thinking, interpreting and making detailed analsis by studying the theoretical findings with examples from Turkey.
