Aim(s) of Course : This course aims to provide students with basic concepts related to business administration and to help them form fundamentals regarding business functions.

Course Contents : Basics of Business, Business goals and Performance Criteria, Business and Environment, Foundantions of Business, Ethics and Social Responsibilty, International Business, Management, Organization, Human Resource Management, Employee-Employer Job Relations, Management Systems and its Management
