Aim(s) of Course : This course aims to introduce basic human resource management functions to students and provide them vast quantity of information concerning business management.

Course Contents : Strategic Human Resource Management, job analysis and design, Human Resource planning, Recruiting and selection, Orientation and Selection, Career planning, Performance Appraisal, Job evaluation, Compensation

Language of Instruction : Turkish

Work Place : The Course will be implemented in classroom where is decided by deanship.
