Introducing following headings: foreclosure law, enforcement law without judgement, postponing law enforcement, bankruptcy and postponing enforcement concordat with the demands, the changes occurring in the field of bankruptcy and the introduction of an arrangement with creditors. |

Course Contents |

Foreclosure stage introducing the problematic situation between creditor and debtor, not only in terms of the fulfillment of the right of parties to an individual, it is also important in terms of fulfilling be subject to the terms and shapes. As part of social and economic policy objectives and principles of the emerging understanding of the law enforcement, law enforcement bodies of the institutions are topics to be covered. |
