Learning Outcomes of the Course : Examine the production processes with its subprocesses.
Form economic production design considering factors such as material flow and production variables.
Gain information about production systems, production factors, production methods.
Learn the principles and methods related to subjects of demand forecast, inventory management and production planning.
Gain information about project management and its subprocesses

Aim(s) of Course : Transferring the scientific approaches and methods that support the operational and tactical decisions and make production system effective, efficient, competitive and functional.

Course Contents : Includes subjects of basic principles, definitions and importance of production planning; sales forecast, master production planning methods and production control systems.
