Learning Outcomes of the Course : Solve problems about designing, planning and controlling production processes
Know basic concepts and mathematical techniques about production processes
Learn production principles, such as resource planning, demand forecast, production planning, master production schedules, material equirements planning, capacity planning
Determine types of inputs for products and services.
Calculate the usage level of inputs of products and services and decide the proper combinations of products/services.

Aim(s) of Course : Providing the information required for designing and planning a production system.

Course Contents : In this course, the concept of production will be stressed. Required information and techniques will be taught to students for the purpose of apprehending systems and processes of production.
