Aim(s) of Course : This course aims to provide basic concepts of business science to students and help improving fundamentals regarding organization management.

Course Contents : Basic concepts of management, Antecedent management theories, system theory, contingency theory, modern management theories, motivation, leadership and communication, power and politics

Language of Instruction : Turkish

Work Place : The Course will be implemented in classroom where is decided by deanship.
