Aim(s) of Course : The overall objective of this course is to study basic labor law principles and practice in today´s work places.

Course Contents : An introduction to labor law, concepts, employee, employer, work place, job contract, rights and responsibilities of the related sides, working hours, wage types, termination of job contracts, job assurance, compensations, union rights, case studies
