Aim(s) of Course : Explaining public debt as an alternative method to finance budget deficits, the way of public debting, the way of managing public debt and public debt in Turkey

Course Contents : General information about public debt, differences between taxation and indebtment, differences between public and private debts, causes of public debt , legislative justification of public debt, boundry of public debt, classification of public debts, properties of internal and external debts, causes and types of external debt, external debts of Turkey, Turkey^s borrowings from international financial institutions, debt management, economic impacts of public borrowing and social effecets of borrowing
