Course Contents : Historical development of public finance, schools of public finance, development of public finance in western societies, public finance system in Ottoman empire, public finance system in Turkish Republic, development of public finance in 1940-1960, development of public finance in 1960-1980, policies of public finance after 1980, cahanges in the structure of public finance and the structure of finance organization
