Aim(s) of Course : The purpose of this course is to help students to be aware of basic communication skills, models and help their effectiveness in the communication process.

Course Contents : The contents of this course include information on the communication process, the relationship betwen perception and communication, effective communication skills, analysis of conflict, communication accidents and how to manage effective communication.
