Learning Outcomes of the Course : Be able to realize the wealth of different provisions reveals that the institution of ijtihad.
About the influences of the science of comparative law to have the necessary knowledge and equipment.

Denominations of comparative law to explain the reasons for sampling due to them.
Related to the basic practices of worship and practice in our daily lives with knowledge and skills to be able to explain the differences.
