Aim(s) of Course : This course aims to introduce students concepts related to international business and help students gain a global perspective by discussing various aspects related to the management of multinational enterprises.

Course Contents : Basic concepts and defintions of International management, internationalization process, international market entry modes, management of multinational companies, international planning, international organizations, decision-making and control in international business, political risk and negotiations in international business, human resources in international management, cultural approaches to international business, motivation and leadership in international management.
