Aim(s) of Course : The aim of this course is to present the basic principles of project management applications and to provide the students with a managerial point of view.

Course Contents : In this course, starting from the idea creating stage, all the managerial and technical issues related to forming criteria of project selection, determining project manager and organization, planning, conducting, controlling and finishing stages of projects will be covered.
