Aim(s) of Course : Knows about the concepts related to Step aerobic dance; combines music rhythms with movements; knows about workout space, music systems and platform properties; knows basic floor movements and the movements which are done on a platform; has the abilitty to make practices compatible with the beat of the music.

Course Contents : Step aerobic dance steps, individual practices with different musical rhythms, platform practices, choreographic practices.
