In this course, it is aimed to give an insight to students to examine a variety of philosophical and practical approaches to ethical and moral definitions of right and wrong in terms of communicative acts, rules and professional behavior, ethical and social change, popular culture and ethics, ethics in the media. Students will be able to apply the theoretical background to daily examples. |

Course schedule will include; the history of ethical theory point of view, the different approaches: deontological-teleological ethics, communication, ethics and modernization, an ideal communication medium-Habermas, critical social theory, facilities, ethnographic studies, field surveys, the sample will be in the form of subject choices and research facilities and seminar presentations. |
