Aim(s) of Course : Fitness and wellness concepts. Movement the muscles of the trunk and limb structure. Single platform (for free) the weight and very jointed (machines) weight exercises. Basic fitness programs. Calistenic exercises. Plank, stretching, stretching, and activities with various ingredients.

Course Contents : Fitness activities history, expansion and development stages, are required. The structure of muscles and muscle groups. Weight studies. Various materials, work samples. Program design.
