Learning Outcomes of the Course : Students learn how to conduct a detailed research on a topic or problem within the research field of the discipline of international relations.
Students learn how to assess in a critical way the findings of their research.
Students acquire the skill to systematically and analytically discuss the conclusions of their research in a written text .
Students develop the technical skills (such as source searching, methodological study, referencing) required for conducting a scientific work.
Students gain experience in presenting and defending research findings.

Aim(s) of Course : This course aims to provide master students with the academic supervision and support required throughout their thesis work.

Course Contents : Completion of thesis work through following stages: topic selection, collection of sources, literature review, research and data collection, data analysis and establishment of findings, finalisation of thesis work and oral defence
