Learning Outcomes of the Course : Differ between the features of the rules of law and other social principles
Learn written and unwritten sources of law; gain input in public law, private law, mixed law and its sub-divisions; distinguish between the concept of rights and special rights;
Distinguish between the concept of rights and special rights
Gain input in the protection of rights, personality rights.
Use legal concepts in daily life accurately, acquire the ability to understand legal texts and legal terms, learn legal aspects of social events, analyze and evaluate them.

Aim(s) of Course : The definition of law, the importance of the life of society and the function of law, law departments and branches of law; rights, legal case, legal actions, and personality of the person with the concepts of legal action concepts, types of people, those licenses, the beginning and end of personality, personal status registers of settlement with the ownership, possession and land registry key concepts. Also preparing background information for the law courses in future semesters.

Course Contents : The topics to be covered in this course are community life, the function of law in society, rules governing social life, the classification of the rules of law, law, ethics, legal values, the science of law, the rule of law, the positive-law, of course, different definitions of law, and the law enforcement issues, the concept of rights, the hierarchy of legal norms, and the law review methods, methods in legislation, judicial decisions, courts, law, tossing the separation of public and private law, the basic concepts of law and institutions information on different branches of law, legal flows.
