Course Contents : Under the obligations law I course the main topics during the period mentioned issues, introductions to the obligations law, the principles of the obligations law, contracts, debt and responsibility, legal procedures, representation, the definitionand elements of the unjust act, illegal act, damage, proper causal link, the flaw, fault-base resposibility.
