Learning Outcomes of the Course : Writes algebraic expressions, factoring and operating
Differentiates the concepts of equation and identity.
Sets second degree equations and solving them
Sets inequation systems and knows the solution of them
Explains the structure of Geometry
Explains planar shapes
Solves problems about area and circumference of planar shapes
Explains the geometric shapes; solves problems about area and volumes of these shapes.
Knows equality and similarity concepts in triangles and solves problems with them
Solves problems about right angled triangle, Pisagor Theory and realitons between sides of right angled triangle
Explains the basic concepts of Trigonometry, solves problems and draws graphics.
Explains the data gathering procedure, summarizies with the help of tables and graphics; uses proper descriptive statictics

Aim(s) of Course : The general purpose of this course is help teacher candidates to gain basic concepts and principles of mathematics

Course Contents : Algebraic expressions, factoring and operating; the concepts of equation and identity; setting of second degree equations; setting of inequation systems; the structure of geometry; planar shapes and the area and circumference of planar shapes; area and volumes of geometric shapes; equality and similarity concepts in triangles; right angled triangle, Pisagor theory and realitons between sides of right angled triangle;the basic concepts of trigonometry; the basics trigonometrical function; the data gathering procedure, summarizing with the help of tables and graphics; descriptive statictics
