Learning Outcomes of the Course : Evaluate the dental radiographic techniques
Describe both intraoral and extraoral radiography techniques
Take X-rays
Evaluate periaphical and panoramic X-rays
Discuss the pros and cons of radyographies
Analyze the radiographic basic matters of dental lesions
Evaluate the advanced graphical techniques used in dentistry
Differentiate cases necessitates advanced graphical techniques
Learn the biological effects of radiation and pays attention on protecting the patient, him/herself and environment from harmful effects of radiation

Aim(s) of Course : Learn the X-ray techniques used in dentistry both theoretically and practically, comment on anatomical structures, artifacts, and pathologies during radiologic evaluation.

Course Contents : Revise their basic phyisics knowledge on foton and learn X-ray equipment and its components, radiation, advanced radiology techniques, diseases, intraoral and radiological symptoms of diseases and hollistic treatment approach.
