Learning Outcomes of the Course : Learns features of the rules of law and the separation of social rules, written and unwritten sources of law .
Has knowledge of public law, private law, general information about the karma law and its sub-divisions.
Tells the difference between the concept of rights ,public rights and special rights.
Knows the concept and implementation of good faith and honesty.
Has knowledge of protection of rights, personality rights and the capacity to act.
Acquires the ability to understand legal texts and legal terms, the legal aspects of social events to look at the legal aspects and evaluate them.

Aim(s) of Course : The definition of law, the importance of the life of society and the function of law, law departments and branches of law to introduce into these sections; rights, legal case, legal actions, and personality of the person with the concepts of legal action concepts, types of people, those licenses, the beginning and end of personality, personal status registers of settlement with the ownership, possession and land registry key concepts by taking students to gain knowledge of the law. Also receivables in future periods to prepare the infrastructure of law courses.
