Aim(s) of Course : The purpose of the course is to examine expenditure and procurement process in the public sector and the legal framework of these processes and the remedies; to provide basic information on public procurement.

Course Contents : This course will deal with Public Procurement Law, Public Procurement Code, Procurement contracts, tenders, application procedures and methods used in procurement processes and legal remedies.
