Aim(s) of Course : This course is designed to provide students with basic concepts of behavioral sciences that consider culture, differentisation in intercultural management, emotions and moods, attitudes, personality, conflict management, group behavior, motivation, leadership, power.

Course Contents : Defining organizational behavior and related concepts, attitudes and satisfaction, emotions and mood, personality and values, perception, motivation theories, motivation means and applications, group behavior, teams, communication, leadership, power and politics, conflict management

Language of Instruction : Turkish

Work Place : The Course will be implemented in clasroom where is decided by deanship.
