Konws how to use a computer and operating systems effectively. Knows how to use a word processing program. Knows how to use a spreadsheet program Knows how to use formulas and functions in a spreadsheet program Is able to graphically display data in a spreadsheet program. Is able to preapare an effective presentation on any subject. Knows the basic concepts and terminology of the Internet. Is able to do basic network settings. Is able to use ftp and browse the web, search engines and e-mail. Is able to do detailed search on the Internet.
