Learning Outcomes of the Course : It comprehends the importance and epidemiology of the mental health and mental disorders in the society
It takes on psychiatric patient as a whole with his family and environment
It practices systematic approach in mental health and disorders nursery
It gives training to the society and individual about mental health
It describes the problems of aging , adolescent and childhood periods and produces solution
It practices in his/her life the knowledge and skill he gained in the mental health courses
It Improves therapeutic communication techniques and forms a programme design in its own
In our country and in the world, it improves responsibilities and makes studying about maintenance and importance of mental health

Aim(s) of Course : To protect care of psychiatric disorders, and their treatment and rehabilitation, and to have students gain administration of psychiatry nursery services and knowledge behaviour and skills about urgent situations

Course Contents : Child- adolescent and adult psychiatric disorders, clinical subtypes, symptoms, prognosis, treatment and acquire knowledge and skills about application of the nursing process.
