Learning Outcomes of the Course : Researches an interior architectural problem, determines the needs of users and creates a functional diagram.

Reflects human-environment relationship in spaces he/she creates.
Enhances an aesthetic approach in interior design projects.

Aim(s) of Course : This course aims to teach students the concept of 3-D space which covers the relationship between people, space and furniture.

Course Contents : The phenomenon of space, basic elements of interior architecture, space- form relations (surface, volume, ratio-propotion, etc.), interior - exterior relations, furniture, material, colour, texture
