Aim(s) of Course : The course will examine legal inheritors, the transfer of the Inheritance,receival of the inheritance,distribution of the inheritance and solutions for disagreements of distrubution.

Course Contents : The course will teach teach who the legal inheritors are, how to share inheritance after testator dies and how to find solutions for disagreements of distrubution.
