The aim of the course is to explain the main concepts and principles of law of succession, explain the concept of legal heir, explain the system of parental. |

The course will examine legal inheritors, the transactions related to death,invalidity of transactions related to death,abatement,equalization,the transfer of the Inheritance,receival of the inheritance,official liquidation and distribution of the inheritance. |
