Teaching the basic institutions of Commercial Papers such as the nature, the economic function, the transfer methods of precious visa papers and the application of the payment right to the students |

The concept of commercial paper, the basic attributes and limitation in several respects, features of registered, orders and bearer insturements; The loss and cancellation of commercial paper, policy, theform requirement of policy , the adoption and transfer of policy ,bills of exchange,the payment of the policy, the statute of limitations; bonds (orders negotiable promissory notes), the shape terms, the applicable provisions of the policy, a written promise to pay orders, cheques, formal requirements, transfer, bill payment, apply rights of the holder´s in case of avoidance, the statute of limitations, forged and falsified checks, Cheque payments and the principles of cheque holder, the statute of limitations, forged and falsified checks |
