Aim(s) of Course |
: |
The aim of the course is a crime committed by eliminating all doubts regarding the process to be followed to investigate the uncovering of the truth. Material reveals the fact that criminal proceedings protect fundamental rights and freedoms, and the rights of the accused and the victim, the functional purpose of making the whole course is dominant. |

Course Contents |

Prosecution of criminal proceedings stage, trial phase, the prosecution authority and their assistants, and disputes the connection between the dispute which is the subject of proceedings, judgment and reasoning process conditions, and duties of the prosecution phase circuits, circuit preparation for the hearing of a criminal case, the trial of a criminal case circuit, the circuit court hearing inference, the law roads, the state and the relationship between the victim, the victim´s rights in criminal proceedings, special and secondary reasoning methods.
