Learning Outcomes of the Course : Has knowledge of the definition of criminal procedure law and determines it’s function within law.
Possess basic knowledge of fundamental conditions of criminal procedure
Understands the process for a fair trial and comprehends the functionality of the rules of a criminal procedure respectful of human rights
Understands the organizational chart of the criminal procedure.
Understands the methods of evidence evaluation with the scope of learning the truth

Aim(s) of Course : The aim of the course is a crime committed by eliminating all doubts regarding the process to be followed to investigate the uncovering of the truth. Material reveals the fact that criminal proceedings protect fundamental rights and freedoms, and the rights of the accused and the victim, the functional purpose of making the whole course is dominant.

Course Contents : The function and purpose of the criminal procedure law, criminal procedure law relationship, and the difference in other branches of law, criminal procedure and the structure of the phase circuits, resources and resources from the criminal procedure law, criminal procedure, application of the laws of the time, subjects of the phases of the investigation, the investigation stage operations, evidence collection, protection measures, to draw conclusions about the investigation and interim judgment
