The aim of the course is to analyse the legal problem in a lawsuit about donation, analyse the legal problem in a lawsuit about sales contract, describe the commercial sales and consumer sales conceptions, know all the understandings about to annotate legal loophole of innominate contracts and compare the types of innominate contracts.
