Learning Outcomes of the Course : Learns about Introduction to administrative law, administrative bodies, functions and powers of administration, public goods, administrative staff and supervision of the administration

Aim(s) of Course : In this course, the consequences of the administrative acts; administrative actions, the definition, criteria and types of administrative contracts; conclusion, implementation and termination of administrative contracts; the financial responsibility of the administration based on fault and on strict liability, conditions of responsibility policies, cases which reduce or eliminate liability will be dealt with.

Course Contents : Nature and characteristics of the administrative acts, types of the administrative acts, elements of the administrative acts, discretionary and restricted authority, administrative contracts, the responsibility of the administration, the reasons and principles of responsibility, service fault, strict liability, cases that eliminate the responsibility, administrative litigation procedure, administrative judicial bodies, jurisdiction of administrative courts and task conflicts, judicial proceedings, administrative judicial method, legal remedies.
