Aim(s) of Course : To have academic and theoretic information in issues about Human Resources Management other social sciences; increase effectiveness and efficiency of personnel by improving human resources management; personnel choice and employment; on-the-job training and human resources; understand performance evaluation; reward; motivation and communication; morale and productivity of employers; employee-management relations; initiative and security; complaints and corrective discipline practices.

Course Contents : To have the skill of applying basic Human Resources Management functions such as human resources planning; working relations, executions of occupational health and security practices,education planning, performance and wage management, career planning, employment interview techniques and legal issues.
