Know the names of the leading artists of the Ottoman art, recognizes the distinctive features.

Aim(s) of Course : Description of Turkish art and architecture in Ottoman period ; its relation with ideas, culture, society and religion. Ability of understanding the phases of Ottoman Turkish architecture and art history and also making visual analysis on building and ornamental styles. To understand the culture, art and architecture complement each other. the development of a sense of art and aesthetics
