Learning Outcomes of the Course : Recognize and distinquish the different protected cultivation systems
Learn the ecological and social factors affecting the greenhouse building
Learn and define the structural features of greenhouses
Learn the basic principles of the plant growing in the greenhouse
Learn the importance and earliness effects of the protected fruit cultivation
Learn the basic principles of the fruit protected cultvation techniqes

Aim(s) of Course : To teach the operation principles of greenhouse vegetable cultivation

Course Contents : Describing and disitnquishing different protected cultivation systems, ecological, economical and social factors affecting on greenhouse establisment, technical principles of greenhouse esteblisment, operation principles of greenhouse vegetable cultivation (planting density, pruning, polinisation, irrigation, fertigation and harvest)

Language of Instruction : Turkish

Work Place : Classrrom of the horticultural department and the greenhouse for the practical works
