Learning Outcomes of the Course |

Physician learns and performs the importance of asking open- and close-ended questions Physician understands and performs the importance of descriptive feedback. Physician knows recognition of the patient subjected to violence, discussion techniques and the responsibility of a doctor Physicians are able to take precaution against the violence to health workers and physicians, and know crisis management and the protection techniques against an assault. Physicians get information about medical intervention conditions and their limitations. Physicians communicate with patients, who refuse to get diagnosis and treatment. Physicians perform breaking bad news to patients and their families. Physicians get information about style and ethic rules in communication with each other.
