1. Takes a detailed and reliable history of the patient 2. Knows the anatomy of the eye and the ocular adnexa 3. Knowing the pearls and pitfalls to take care at the first step 4. Recognizes the jeopardizing factors to ocular health Knowing the importance of continuous learning in lifetime, and making habits like monitoring patient, explicative learning from any case and repeatedly reading needed knowledges about any encountered case. 5. Lears the close relationship between eye and systemic diseases 6. Knows the conditions that could lead to visual loss 7. Able to take care of ocular emergencies 8. Learns about the common diagnostic tools and technological development 9. Learns about the population bias of management of ocular disorders 10.
