Learning Outcomes of the Course |

Explains the structure and properties of the class. Explains the factors that influence the behavior of the teacher´s classroom management. Analyzes classroom management approaches. Accepts the responsibility for his/her own behavior for the effective classroom management. Explains the need for the regulation on classroom teaching-learning process. Determines the appropriate classroom rules for the students´ level of development. Explains the basic principles and the importance of effective learning-teaching process management. Recognizes the inside and outside classroom factors that affect the using of time. Evaluates the problems faced in classroom management with a critical perspective. Uses the knowledge and abilities that are associated with the area of expertise/disciplines effectively for creating a positive classroom atmosphere. Applies the internalized knowledge and problem solving abilities to the case studies. Attempts to multifaceted evaluation the effectiveness of management strategies and to develop himself/herself.
