Aim(s) of Course : Understands the basic conceptsand history of Photography, identifies and uses the photography equipment are the purposes of the class.

Course Contents : In this class, History of Photograhic image, Identifies the Camera standarts, Parts of the Camera, Aperture and shutter, explains camera lenses and characteristics.Gives the information about Lens quality, optical distortions and focusing in photography . Camera accesorries, Lighting and measurements and teaches the Exposure with practice.Discusses the relations between use of shutter speed, aperture and ISO. Information about Celluloid film, structure and characteristics, explainsthe technological developments and Digital Photography Studio gear and use of flash, Visual composition,discusses the building context and meanings in photography through the media use of photography.
